MOVING MUSCLES AEROBICS
This 75-minute class combines choreographed aerobic dances (taught weekly), with strength training using 2-5 lbs. weights, and finishes with floor work for core stability and balance. We end with a relaxing stretch so you’ll leave feeling good in both mind and body.
If you like to dance and are looking for a program to have fun and work out with supportive friends, try this class. Your first one is free! Drop in any time. The instructor has 30 years of experience creating exercise programs for many different fitness levels and age groups, and works with groups and individuals.
