If you want to train safe, hard and have fun with a small established group, this is your boot camp. If you want to use the very best equipment & do the very best workouts, this is your boot camp. You're going to get everything from each high intensity workout: cardio, strength & core. Boredom is not an option as every workout is different & dynamic.
