
Wellness Meditation and Restorative Yoga
You are invited to attend a powerfully restorative and
deeply peaceful experience blending gentle mat-based or chair-based yoga,
breath work, a Nidra (sleep) meditation and sound healing that will help guide
you and your state of mind into a space of ease and calm. Each month, Molly
Field RYT-200+, will offer a sound bath meditation in which participants are
washed in sounds and vibrations emanating from crystal singing bowls, sound
forks, and Tibetan bowl gongs she plays at various times and intensities
throughout the 45-minute sound experience. The time for each event is 7:00-8:15 PM, but arrive early toensure entry. The dates for these events are:
