YOGA (YIN)

Yin Yoga  teaches the body to releasestress and tension. It is a slow and deep practice to rejuvenate and open the connective tissues. The postures are all practiced on the floor for prolonged periods of time. Everyone is welcome, no previous knowledge of yoga practice is necessary.
