C3 NO LIMITS FITNESS
First class is free and you can drop-in anytime. Fun, creative class designed to meet all levels from beginner to advanced. All areas of fitness are addressed including cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, core, agility, and balance. Low and high impact options are given. Very welcoming and supportive group of ladies, so come for the workout, but stay for the community and fun. You are worth it...give it a try! This class is Ongoing.
